		<description>Yeah, net net is positive, so that&#039;s all good.  Especially since not all our holdings are income producing.

Have we set a benchmark of when we start giving it away?  25K?  50K?  5 % of 25K is over 1000 bucks.  I think that&#039;s a place to start.  On the other hand, the foundation becomes much more sustainable in its giving if we wait until it&#039;s larger...</description>
